specifications therefor prepared�uncler the ciirection of the City Enbineer and on file in the office of the City
Clerk. •
Section 2: '1"hat the cost and espense of said improvement, including all necessary ancl incidental es-
penses, shall be borne by and assessed against the property incluc�ed in the assessment district hereinafter
created in accordance �viih law. The City of Renton sh�ll not be liahle in any rnanner for any portion of the
cost and ezpense of said improvement, e�cept as herein provided.

Section 3: Tha��tli.ere is hereby est�blished a local improvemeut district to be ca.11ed "Local Improve-
ment District \To. ___�»___'�_.._," which said district is described .as follows:
"All the property bet�veeu the termini of said improvement abutting upon, adjacent, vicinal or progi-
inate to such portion of said streets and avenues to a distance back from the marginal lines thereof, as pro-
vided by law."
Section 4: T'ha.t the cost and e�pense of said itnprovement shall be defrayed by special assessinents
payable by the iliode of "Iimnediate Payment" as defined by law and the charter and ordinances of the City
of Renton. ��arrants bParing interest �t the ra,te of 8 per cent. per annum until paid, shall be issued to
the contractor for the redemption of as many of the warrants issued on the Local Iinprovement District F'und
on estimates of the City Engineer, as may not be redeemed in cash.
Section 5: '1'his ordinance shall be in full force and effect five (5) days from and after its passage,
approval and legal publication. ,��._
