THE CITY COUI�TCIL OF THE CITY OF REITTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 1�2...............
for the improvement of .

and certain parts of certain other streets and avenues, all in the City cf Renton, by
construction o� a 4" Tr�atermain
under Ordinance No. ..1.1�1_______________ as the same now stands, be, and the same is, hereby in ati things ap-
proved and confirmed.
Section. 2: That each of the 1ots, tracts, parcels of land and other property showu upon sa.id roll is
hereby declared to be specially benefitted by said iniprovement in at least the amount charged against the
saine and that the assessment appearing against the same is in proportion to the several assessments ap-
pearing upon said roll. There is hereby levied and assessed against each such lot, tract, parcel of land and
other property appearing upou such roll the amount finally charged against the same thereon.
Section 3: That for the purpose of this improveinent there is hereby created and established a special
fund to be called "Local Improvement Fund, District No. .._19�._._.____.._

issue of the bonds required to be issued on account of this improvement.
