The City Council o� the City of Renton do ordain
as fbllows:
� SECTION Is Tha� it shall be unl�.c�ful for any
p erson in the �t� of Renton, V�a�hin�ton, to violate or
re#'use to perform or comply with the rules and regulations
a:s established and promulgated by the �tunicipal Defense
• Comrnission of the City oP Aenton, `J�Gshington.
� SECTION II; Any person vzolatiag the provision of
�his Crdinance shall be .guili,y of a m3.sc�emeanor. �nd
upon conviction sha,ll K�e pul�ished 'py a fine of not more
than Three Hundred (�300.00) Dollars, or in�prisonment of
not more than three (3) months, or both such fine and
