It shall be unlawPul for any person so parking a vehic].e to ��.il or neglect to so de�osit the proper coin, or coins, or to fail to park within sa.id designated area. Said park3.ng space may then be used by such vehicle �uring tk�e le�a1 parking limit provided by the ordinancss o� the City, or regula- tions issued thereunder, and said vehicle shall be considered as un- lawfully parked if it reznains in said space beyond the legal pa�.ng limit and/or when said parking me.ter displays a aignal showin� sueh i 11 eg�.l. parking. I'� shall be unlawful for any person to cause or permit any ; vehicle registered in his name to be unlavc►fully parked as set out in ! f I� --- <.I � . ; . . _ : : � . 1 in this seetion. ; S�GTION VI: I�G shall be unlawPul �or any person to deposit, or cause to be de�osit�d in a pa.rking meter a five cent coin and / or a one cent coin for the purpose oY extending the p�.rking time qeyond the maximum time Pixed by the ordinances oP the Cfty of Renton, or regulations issued tnereunder. SECTION VIZ: It shall be unlawYul to deposit ar eause to be deposited in �.ny parking meter, an;� slug, a.evice or a metallic subst- ance for a coin of t�e United Str�tes. 3ECTION VZTI: It shall be unlaw�ul for any person to tamper with, open, wilfull�y�rea�t or destroy any par.king meter. SECTION IX; It shall be the duty o� traf�ic of'f'icers so instruct- �� ed to t�e�'�he parking meter number, and the state vehiele license number, of all persons violating the provisions oP this ordinance, and ma,ke complaint therefor in the Poliee Court of the City of Renton. ��35� SECTION X; Any person, firn or corporation who shall violate ��, ��-�• 3�(or perm-i�or allow anyone to violate 3ection fine (5) or section six �y (6) of t� a ordinance shall upon conviction be fined not more than - ' �--F_-y-� �_. an d c o s t s. , � SECTIOPJ XI; Any person who sha11 violate or assist ln violatlon oP Section seven (7) or section eight (8) of this ordinance shall upon conviction be fined not more than One Hundred (�100.00� Dallars �.nd costs.
