iiliprovement district therefor, and �roviding that payznent for said improveinent be made by special
assessments upau property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment by Bonds."

Section 2: That the cost and e�pense of said improvement, including all necessaiy and inc:dental
ekpenses, shall be borne by and assessed against the property inciuded in the assessment district herein-
�Yter created iii accordance with law. The City of Renton shall not be liable in any znatiiier for �iny po�•-
tion of the cost and e�i�ense of sa�id iixiprovement, except as tiereiu ��rovided.
