Section l: That vdhereas the State iighway Department,
at the re�uest of the �:ayor and members of the City Council,
constructed a temporary bridge for use by the traveling public
during the construction of the new Bronson bVay Bridge.
Section 2 : And whereas the contract between David Nygren
and the �tate of �uashington provides for the removal of the ,
piling in said temporary trestle by the contractor at the com- I,
pletion of said Bronson ��"+�ay Bridge.
Section 3: �ind Z•�hereas the only practical �.ethod to be
used in the rernoval of said piling is to �ull the same laterally
and break them off.
Section 4: ��nd z{T��erzas the Cornmissioners of Commercial
�r'Jaterway �istrict Ivo. 2, of Ying County, State of tivashin.�ton, '
doubt that such method of removal will remove said piling to
the satisfaction of said Commission and the safety of the channel
of said Cedar River as now constructed and maintained.
aection 5: Now therefore, the City Council of the City
of Renton do hereby agree with the Commissioners of said V�Tater-
