Section 2: That the cost and expense of said improveinent, inciuding all necessary and incidental
espenses, shall be borne by and assessed against the property included in the assessment district herein-
aPter ci•eated in accordance with law. The City of Reilton shall not be liable in any m�uner for an5� por-
tiou of the cost and expense of said iinprovement, except as herein provided.

�ection 3: That there is here1�y established a local improvement. district to be called "Locai Im-
provement District No.___].�_],_.__," ���hich said district is described as foilo��-s: ,

prosimate to such portion of said streets and avenues to a clistance back fro�n the marginal ]ines thereof, as
provided by law."
Section 4: Bonds bearing iuterest at the rate of.__.6-------_- per cent. per annum payable on or before
