under a penalty of t��enty dollars (�i�'0.00) far ea.ch aY�rl every
offense, and a furtner pen�.lty of (�10.00) ten dol]_ars for
eacY: succeeding five (5) minutes that the obstruction shall
�, be allov�ed continueusly to remain after the first ppnalty is
incu��red� provided hatiyever, ttlz.t �here any sueh obstruction
is tne r�sult of some unavoa.dable accident or er�ergency
beyond the control of such company, corpor��.tion ar person
or its a.gents there shall be no liability t'rlprefare under the
provisians hereof in c�Lse reasonable dili�ence is exercised
in removing such obstruction.
SECTION �. That Ordin�nces No. 6°-x and No. 103 shall bs
