pro�-ed and confirmed.
Section. 2: That each of the lots, tracts, parcels ef land and other property sho�vn upon said roll is
hereby declared to be speciaily benefitt�d by said improvement in at least the amount charged against the
same and that the assessment appearing against the same is in proportion to the several assessments ap- i
pearing upon said roli. There is hereby levied and assessed against each snch lot, tract, parcel of land and �
_ other property appearing upon such roll the amount finally charged against the same thereon.
Section 3: That for the purpose of this improvement there is hereby created and estabiished a special
fund to be called "Local Improveinent Fund, District No. .]..9.i�..__.....__.
