�ection 1. That the assessment and asseasment roll of I.ocal Improvement District �0 185............._

and certain parts of certain other streets and avenues, all in the City of Fenton, b�� installing
a sewer for a distance oP approximately 550 feet west of Shattuck
Street
under Ordinance No. .._.97_2.._..___._____, as the same now stands, be, and the same is, hereby in all things ap-
proved and confirmed.
Section. 2: That each of the lots, tracts, parcels of land and other property shown upon said roli is
hereby declared to be specially benefitted by said improvement in at least the amount charged against the .
same and thaG the assessment appearing against the same is in proportion to the several assessments ap-
pea,ring upon said roll. There is hereby levied and assessed against each such lot, tract, parcel of land and
other property appearing upou such roll the amount finally charged against the same thereon.
Section 3: That for the purpose of this iinprove ment there is hereb.v created and established a special
Yund to be called "Local Improvement Fttnd, District No. _.185.._..__.. _
