SECTIO:d 1. 's"JHE�EAS it has become necessary for the full and complete
use of Liberty Park, a munici�al Park within the Gity of Renton, to con-
struct additional bleachers for the enumeration of speculation for athletic
contests and events held within said Park; and
'7�iERFAS in making the budget for the present year it could not have
been rsasanably ioreseen that it wo�ald be necess+�r� to build said bleachers;
and
:��9S by reason of the circumstances and the uses to w:Licn said Park
has been, it no�v has beco;ne necessary for the City of Renton to incur ex-
penses in connection with the building oi said bleachers at a cost of �1500.00;

':�'�LiEAS, said emergency is not one of the emergencies specified in
w
�emington's nevised Statutes, Section 9000-6.
SECTIOiJ 2. That thera be a.nd there hereby is appropriated, in ad-
dition to the amount of the budget for the year, 1937, the sum of :�1500.00
out of the general f�.nd for the purposes oi pa�ing the costs of building
additional bleachers at Liberty Park, a municipal park within the City of
Renton, �fJashington. �
SECTIOr1 3. The �ity Council of the City of Renton does hereby declare
that they have iound an emergency to exist.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance sh�ll not be passed until one week after
its introduction and it: shall require the unamimous vote of the Councilmen
