Beginning at the intersection of center line of i�illiams
Street North ann the northerly right-of'-Way line of Commer-
cial Waterway ➢istrict No. 2 thence easterly along said
right-of-way line to the westerly ri�ht-of-way line of the
Pacific Coast Railroad; thence northerly along said west-
erly right-of-way line to north marginal line of Fourth
Avenue North; thence east along said northerly marginal

Section 2: '.Phat each of the lots, tracts, parcels of lr�.�a ana other
property shown upon said roll is hereby declared to be s�eczally oene�ittad
by said improvement in at least the anount charged against the same and
that the assessment appearirig a�ainst the same is in proportion to the sev-
eral assessments appearing upon said roll. There is hereby levied and
assessed against each such lot, tract, parcel of land and other propert;�
appearir� upon such roll the amount finally char�ed against the same thereon.
Section 3: That .for the �urpose of this improvement there is hereb�
created and established a special fund to be called "I,ocal Impronement
Fund, Jistrict tdo. 186."
Sec�io:-i �: Tnat the 18th da;y of Januar,y, 1933, is hereoy i ixed as ths �
date of issue of the bonds required to be issued on aceount of this improve-
ment.
Section 5s This Orciinance shall be in full iorce and effect five (5)
