specifications therefor prepared under the direction of the City �ngineer and on file in the office of the City �i

Section �: That the cost and exPeuse of said improvement, including all uecessary and incidei�tal
expenses, shall be borne by and assessed against the property iuciuded in the assessnient district hereiu-
after created iii accordance with law. The City of Rentou shall not Ue liable in any manner for a�iy por-
tion of the cost and expense of said improvement, except as herein provided.

Section 3: That there is hereby established a loral improvement district to be called "Local Im-
proveinent District �v'o..__�`�..__," which said district is described as follows:

improvement, which bonds shall be t�edeemed by the collectiou of special assessments to be levied and

the charter aud ordinances of the City of Renton. These bonds shall be delivered to the contractor iu

or the City of Renton may, at its election, sell said bonds and make such redemption in cash.
Section 5: This ordinance shall be in full force aud effect five (7) days from and after its passage,
approval and leg�al publication.
