That the plans and specifications for local improvement district
�182 as prepared by the City En�i.neer and on file vith the City Clerk
be and the same hereby are confir;�:ed and appraned.
SECTION 2.
'I�hia Ordinance shall be in full force and effect five (5) da;;rs
froru and after its pasgage, ayproval and legal publication.
