THE CI'sY COUNCIL CF THE CIiX OF RENTON DOES OR�AIIV AS FULLGWS:
Section l: That Section 2 of Ordinance No. 900 t,rhich rea.ds as follows: I
��Section 2. The license for opera-ting, conducting or maintaining any theatre
or show wi�hin the city limits of the City of Renton, shall be the sum of
Sixty Dollars (�60.00) per annum, payable in advance upon the issuance of
a license so to do."
Be and the same is hereby amended to read as foilows:
Section 2�. The license for operating, conducting or maintaining ariy theatre,
moving picture show or other show within the Cit� Limits of the City of Fcenton, sh.all
be the sum of Fifty Dollars (��0.00) per annum, payable in advance upon the issuance
of a license so to do.
, SECTI�N 2: That Section 2 of Ordinance 900 be and the same is hereby repealed.
SECTION 3: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect five days from and
after its pa.ssa6e, approval and legal publication.
