of the City of Renton , all rul�� , order� , regulatians issued
in the conduct of the official business �f the City and relating
tp time within which any act shall or �hall not be performed, or
the time within which any ri�t shall aecrue ar determine ; �t
is hereby e�pressl;� under�tcnd that the ti��e whall be the standard
tir�e of the City of �enton as hereby adopted.
