or ��her person ��vithout license ta sell, deliver or peddle any
tr�aits, vegetables , berries , butter, eggs , fish, mil?c, pnul�ry ,
meats � or any farm prQduce or edibles r$ised, caa�ht, produced
or man�afactured by such person in any place in this state , eac?�i
and every day exceiot Sunday. FROVIDED: that this Qha11 not '
prahibit the sale or delivery of da�iry products on �undays. I
�ectian 2: I� shall not lae la�rful for any person , Trrithou�
licer:;e, tc geddle any fruits, ve�etables , berries , butt�r, eg�s ,
fish, milk, poultry, n�eat� ar any faxm products or edibles not
raised, caught or manufactured by such person in this stat�; �
FROVIDED: that �uch person may without licens6 �e�1. �.nd delire-r
any �f said articles ta a retail dealer therein.
�ection 3: �efor� any pe rsQn shall peddle any of thz
articles mentioned in �e�tion 2 hereof, he shall procure a license
fram the City o�' Ren�t�n sa to do and shall pay the amount hereir�-
after provided for , to�wit: If he desires an annual license he
ehall pay in advance the sum of �Z50.00; if he deaires a license
to peddle by the day he shall pro�:ure and pay for said licen�e ,
in :�d�rance the �ur� of �15.00? per day . �

of this crdinance sha11 be guilty of a misdemeanor and u�on
c�nviction th�reof shall be puni�hed by a fine of not lese than
���0.00, nor more �han �1QQ.00, or by imprisonment f�r a peri�d
o� not r�ore t,han thirty day� or by both such fine �.nd impri4onznen L.
Section 6 : �11 ordinan�e� or parts of ordi�ances in c;,nfli�t
