An Ordinance declaring void a certain grant by
�he Count� Commissioners of the County of Kin� of August
8th, 1899.
� BE IT Or2DxTNED by the Council of the Citg of
Renton:
(1) That the resolution of the Board of
Commissioners of the Count3T of �ing, State
oF 6�dashington, of August 8, 1899, granting to
the City of Seattle right to conduct and main-
tain forever a pipe line across and under Ni11
Street and ►�Jalla VValla Avenue and along and
undar Third Street as laid off and shown on the
plat of the Town of Renton, be and the same is
hereby repudiated by the Cit� of Renton and
declared can.celled, void, and at an end.
(2) This Ordinance shall bein full foree and
effect.� five dayN f'rom and �.fter its p�ssage ,
a��roval and legal publicati�n.
