(1) That Ordinance I3o. 122 of the Citv of
Renton passed by the Covncil and a�proved b� the I
Mayor on September 15th, I908, and each sec�ion.

City of Seattle, ��ashington, by said Ordinance No.
322 to construct and maintain a pipe line in and
under the follo��ing streets, to-�ri� :
Enterin� the south line of the Town of Renton �
under that righ� of wag known as the Cedar River Pi�e
Line right of wav, folloi�rin_g th.e same in a northwester-
ly d3rection, crossing in i�s course, High Street,
Renton Avenue, Cedar Street and Mill Street, thence I
crossing VVal1a Vualla Avenue and con�inuing in a north-
westerl3r direction to �he inl;ersection with Third S�reet,
thence northwester3y along saic� ri�ht of v�a� to tY�le VVest I
