An Grdinance repealirig Ord3nar_ce Tdo. 621 of the
Cit� ef Rera�on and revoking the rights , priv3.leges , grants
ar�cl ea.sements th_erein eonferred upon th.e Citg of Seattle.
BE IT ORDAIrTED by the Council of the ��� of
Rentors :
�1) That Crd:.nance No. 621 of the C ity of
Rer�ton passed by tY�e Councii ana approved by the
l��ayor on Nove�nber 14th, 1922, and each sect3.an
thereof, be and tY�e sante are hereb�T, in their
en.ti�:�ety, repealed.
(21 That th.e right , privilege and authority
granted to the C�.ty of Seattle, �ashington, by s�id
Ordinan ce �o. 621 to lay down,maintain and o�erate
in ar��. along T�il1 Street and Secand Avenue and �he
interseations thereof, bounded and described in
Section 1 of said Ordinar_ce, water pipes , mains
and eonduits for the purpose of conductin� water
thei�ein for the use of' the Seattle water system,
be and tbe sar!Ze are hereby revoked and caneelled.
(3) Th3.s Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect fi�� day4 from and after it� passage,
appro�ra.l and le��l publica.�ion.
