Section 2: That the cost ai�d e�peuse of said in�proveiTienl., including all necessary and incidental
e��enses, shall be boi°ne bv and assessed ag�inst the I�roperty inclt�ded in the assessment d:strict herein-
after created iu accordance wit11 law. The City of Renton shall not be liable in any i3:a�iner 1'or any por-
tion of the cost and expe�ise of said improvement, except 1,s herein provided.

Section 3: Th<tit there is hereby establisl.ed a iocal :mproven:ent district to be called "Local Im-
