THE CITY �OUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON ORDAINS AS
FO LLO uTS:
Section ls 1'hat it shall be the duty of the City
ire�surer on or before tne first day of June, Se�tember and
, December, 1928, respecti�rely, and cn cr befare the first
day of �liarch, June , September and December, of each year
thereafter, with the asaistance and advice of the City
Attcrney to prepare �.nd issue a certificate of all I,ocal
�mprovement Aesee�ments which are mare than two years
delinquent on the 1st day of Januar� preceding, or the
final instalment of which shall be delinquent for more than
one year, fo�� e purpose af foreclosing the same as provided
in Section� cf �eming ton Compiled Sta,tute� as amended
�
by Section 5:.of Chapter ��, laws of 1927, and deliver the
same to the City Attorney for such proceedings as may be
necessary to such procesdings.
Section 2s It shall be the duty of the City Attorney
v+rii th such lega�, assistrznce as the Couneil may haqe pro�ided
to prcceed with any such action as pro�ided in this act.
Section 3r Any ordinance or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are her�by repealed.
Section 4: This ordinance sha11 be in full force and
effect five days from and after its passage, approval and
le�al p ublication.
