Section 2: That the cost and expeuse of said improveinent, including all necessary and ircidental
expenses, shall be borne by and assessed against the property included ixi the assessinent district herein-
after created in accordance with law. The City of Renton shali not be Iiabie in any manner for �ny por-
tiou of the cost and expense of said iinproaement, except as herein provided.

Section 3: That �l��e is hereby established a local improvement disii�ict to be called "Local Im-
provement District No__________________" which said district is described. as follo�i-s:
