The Citq Council of the Citq of Renton does ordain as
follows :
SECTION 1: THAT �fiEREAS, heretofore, notice was given
in the manner and form provided by law for the city a�vex-
tising, an3 the bid of the �inegar Printing Company
�vas the lowest and best bid for the city advertising;
THEREFORE, BE IT P_ES�LVED: That the Maqor and City Clerk ��
be and they are hereby authorized and di.rected to _ - : , .� �
a contract wf.th the said V�inegar Printing Camp�.r
for the city advertising in accordance evith their bid,
namely:
For all advertising to be printed in eight
point type, nine lines ta the inch, 36� per
column inch for the first insertion and
18¢ per col�amn ineh for subsequent insertions,
said contraet to be for the term of ane year from the time
this Ordinance shall be in effect. Payments aEe to be

SECTION 2: This ordi�anee shall be in full force and
effect five (�) days fro�, and after its approval, passage,
