specifications therefor prepared under the direction of the City Engineer and on file iu the office of the City I
Clerk.
Section 2: That the cost aud expense of •said iinprovement, inclnding all necessary and incidental
expenses, shall be borne by and assessed against the property included iu the assessment district herein- ��
after created in �ecordance with law. The City of Renton shall not be liable in an3� inanner for any por- '
tion of the cost and expense of said iinproveinent, except as herein provided. �

Sectio�l 3: That there is hereby established a local i�nproveinent district to be called "Local Im-
provement District No..,l..,�Jk�_______," which said district is descriUed as follows:

proximate to such portion of said streets and avenues to a distance bacli fro�n the iliarginal lines thereof, as
provided by law." '

Section 4: Bouds bearing interest at the rate of...�.�,��';:_� per cent. per aunum payable on or before ',

improvement, ��•hich bonds shall be redeemed by the collection of speciai assessments to be levied and

the rate of..�y2��,.�____per cent. per aunum under the mode of "Pa.yment by E�onds," as defined by law ancl
the charter and ordinances of the City of Renton. These bonds sliall Ue delivered to the contractor i�i
redemption of ��•arrants on the Local Improvement District Puvd issued on estimates of the City Engineer,
or the City of Renton may, at its election, sell said bonds and make such redemption in cash.
Section 5: This ordinance shall be in full force aud eriect five (5) days from and after its passage,
