tracts, parcels of land and other property as shown on said roll, and establishing a Local Improvement Fund,
nd fixing a date for the issuance of bonds.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of Local Imporovement District No. -13-7 ....................

under Ordinance No. ----- .67b....... as the same now stands, be, and the same is, hereby in all things approved
and confirmed.
Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts, parcels of land and other property shown upon said roll is
hereby declared to be specially benefitted by said improvement in at least the amount charged against the
same and that the assessment appearing against the same is in proportion to the several assessments appear -
ng upon said roll. There is hereby levied and assessed against each such lot, tract, parcel of land and other
property appearing upon such roll the amount finally charged against the same thereon.
Section 3: That for the purpose of this improvement there is hereby created and established a special fund
j o be called "Local Improvement Fund, District No .....
Section 4: That the ----- day of _GHQ

issue of the bonds required to be issued on account of this improvement.
Section 5: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect five (5) days from and after its passage,
