Section 1: That the assessment and assessment -roll of _1,ocal
In,provement -District `o. 138 for the i m p :ovement of Lain Etfeet
in the Lity of Renton, by constructing concrete sidewlak under Ord-
inance 110. 679, as the same now stands, be, and the same is, hereby
in all things approved and confii-med.
Section2: That each of the lots, tracts, parcels of land and
u cher property shown u;on said roll is hereby declared to be specially
benefitted by sL:id improvement in at least the amount charged against
the same and that the assessment appearing against the same is in
proportion to the several assessments appearing upon said roll. There
is hereby levied and assessed against each such lot, tract, parcel
of landenrother property a<lpearinQ; upon such roll the amount finally
charged against the same thereon.
Section 3: That for the purpose of this improvement there is
hereby crej-=ted and estoblishec a special fund to be caller? ''Local
