ORDIuANCE N0.
An ordinance of the (,ity of Renton providing that if the 15th
of any month fells on Saturday or any legal holiday, 'L-Iat the water
users may have the next business day in which to pay for water.
The City Council of the City o"' Renton does ordain as rollows:
Section 1. That in every case where the 15th of the month falls on
Saturday or a legal holiday, the City Clerk shall r,ceive water dues
on the following business day without -penalty.
-ectiono2. phis ordinance shall be in full force and effect five
days from and after its passagq, approval and legal publication.
