AN OaDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RFNTO ', WASHIMTON, AUTHOHIZIYG
AND IRSTRUCTING THE CITY CLUB TO PURCHASE A CHASSIS FOR THE PURPOSE
OF CONSTRUCTIND A. FIRE TRUCK.
THE CITY COUYCIL DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby authorized
and instructed to sign a contradt of purchase of one
chassis from
(A ) dollars.
, at the price of
Section 2: That there is hereby appropriated, from the general
fund, the sum of (6 ) dollars
to pay for the same and the City Clerk is hereby authorized and in-
structed to drug a warrant therefor.
Section 3: That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect five days from and after its approval, passage and legal
publication as required by law.
