Section 1: That the Yayor and City Clerk are hereby
aut, orized and directed to sign a contrL-ct with the 'Nest
Coast Construction Company for the construction of the City
Hail, other than the heating and plumbing, for the sum of
Eighteen Thousand Seven Hundred Fifteen and no/100 Dollars
and with J. S. Hardie for the heating and
plumbing for the sum of Three Thousand Six Hundred Fifty-four
and no/100 Dollars ($3,654.00)# and the bonds hereby arproved.
Section 2: That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect five days from and ifter its pass4.ge, approval and
legal publication as provided by law.
