to the City of Renton and lies b�tween the property of the Rentc�n �ecuri
ties Con�pany which had. a fronta�e on the street �rhen the purchase was
made and access to and fro� their property would be over saia strip , it
ie naN dasirab�e to dispose of the sarr�e , and whereas the Renton Securi-
ties Cor�pany have agreeci to pay the sa�ne price for said atr3.p as it has
paid .for the land naw ov4ned by it adjacent to the atreet , and whereas
in the �udgment of the City Council the price for the same is the reason-
able and fair sum to be pai�i,
THER�FORE, HE IT RF;SOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Renton, l�ashingtan, that the Mayor and City Clerk be hereby
authorized to sig�, execute and deliver a t�uit claim deed to the Renton
Secu�ities Corr�pany for the sarr�e upon payruent by it for said strip , in
the sum of One hundrea seventjr�five (�175.Ofl) Dollars.
