Section 1: That any person or person.s who shall drive
ar op�r�,�e any motor vehicle while intoxi�ated or Under the in-
fluenee of any narcotic drug or v�hile mentally or physically dis-
a,uled upon or over the streets or public highways �vithin the Cit�
o� Renton, 1'�asl�ington, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon
con�iction �h�refor shall be fined in an,y sum not exceeding �ne
Hundred (�1�0.�0) I�ollars or imprisoned for a term n4t eaceeding
�nirt� days or by both such fine and imp�isonment.

eTrery inst�nce ���rze-re � Le-rson is convicted under the provisions
o� Section 1 hereof to declare th� license of such person sQ found
guilty forfeited and to order the same delivered up for caneella-
tion.
�ection 3: If any person so canvicted after bein� order-
ed to deliver up his driver's license for eancellation shall re-
fuse �o ta do the court may issue a bench warrant and the person
� so refUsing �hall be deemed guilt� of a misdemeanor and upon con-
�iction shall be liable to im�risonment for a t erm not exceeding
thi:c ty day�.
