hereby cleclare�a to be specially benefitted by saic� improvement. in at least the amount charge�l aaainst tlir
saine and that the assessment appearin� against the same is in proportion to the several <tissessments appear-
ino� upon said roll. There is hereby levied and assess�ed aaainst �each such lot, tract, parcel of land 2nd othei
property appearing upon �uch roll the amount finally charbed aaainst the sauie thereon.
Section 3: For the purpose of this improvernent there is hereby created and establishecZ a special fund

Section 4: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect five (�) days from �nc� after its passa�e,
