Section 2: '1'hat the cost and eapense of saicl improveinent, inchiding all necessary �tind ineidental es- �
pez�ses, shall be borne by and assessed against the property included in the assessment district hereinafter
created in accordance ���ith la�v. The City of Renton shall not be liable in any metinner for any portion of the �
cost and expense of said iinprovement, except as herein provided.

of Renton. l�arrants bParinb interest �t the rate of 8 per cent. per anntun until paid, shall be issued to `
the contractor �or the reclemption o£ as man5> of the warrants issued on the Local Iviprovement District Fiind
on estimates of tlie City Enaineer, as may not� be redeemed in cash.
Section 5: '1'his ordinance shall be in full force and effect five (�) days from and after its passaae,
�i��proval and lebal publication. �
