The City Council of the City of Ftenton do o�dain as follovrs :

Section I. That thenplans and specifications for the improvement
of �lYiitworth Street from the �anrz�g street paving on Third
Avenue to the north line of Fourth Avenue now mn file in the
City �lerk�s office of the City of Rentan are hereby approved.
Section 2. That nothir�� herein cpntair�ed in thf q ordinance
shall �ffect or in any way nullify the approval of the plans
and specifications by the ordinance praviciing for saic� im-
prover�ent but shall be conf rmatory of said priar approval.
