Section 2: T'hat the cost and eYpense of said im prove�nent, �ncludina all necessary an�l incidental e�-
penses, shall be borne by and assessed against the pro�ert� included in the assessment district hereinafter
created in accordance with law. The City of Renton shall not be liable in any i7�anner for any portion of the
cost and expense of sa�id improvement, except as here in provided.

Section 3: That 1 �re is hereb�� established a loeal iinprovenient aistrict to be� callec� '`Loca1 Improve-
rnent District \o. ____��__," �vhich said district is describe�d as follo��s:
"All the propert� between the termini of said improvenzent abnttina upon, adjacent, vicinal or prosi-
n�ate to such portion of said streets and avenues to a distance back fro� the marginal lines thereof, as pro-
vided by law."
