Section 2: That the cost and expense of said improvezneut, iiicludin� all necessary �nd incidental e�-
l�enses, shall be borne by and assessed against the property included in the assessment district hereinafter
r�reated in accordance �cith la�v. The City of R�enton shall not be liable in an�� inanner for any portion of the
eost ancl e�pense of said in�provement, exeept as here in providecl.

Section 3: Tha there is hereby esta�blishecl a local improve�l�ent aistrict to be called "Local Improve-
