Section 2: That the cost and expense of said im proveinent, including all necessar•y and incideiltal es-
pezises, shall be borne by and assessed against the propert,y included in the assessinent district hereinafter
cre�ted in accordance with la�v. The City of Renton sl�all not be liabl�� an5 inanner for any portion of the
cost and expense of said improvement,�p����.

Section 3: Th t there is liereby established a local improvement district to be callecl "Local Improve-
n�ent District \o. _�__'.�_..__," �vhich said district is described as follows: � �

mate to such portion of said streets and avenues to a c�istance bacli from the marginal lines thereof, as pro-

Section 4: T'hat the cost ��nd expense of s�id �mproveinent shall be defrayed by special assessments
payabie by the mode of "I1�iinediate Yayment" as defined by law and the charter and ordinances of the City
of Renton. Warrants bParnl� interest at the rate of 8 per cent. per annum until paid, shall be issued to
the contractor for the reclemption of a�s znany of the v��arrants issued on the liocal Improvement District Funcl
on estimates of the City En�ineer, as n�ay not be redeemed in cash.
Section 5: �l'his ordinance shall be in full force and effect five (5) da3�s from and after its passage,
