Clerk.
Sectiozi ?: '1'hat the cost and expense of said improvenlent, includin� all necessa.ry and incidental ei-
penses, shall be borne by and assessed against the pro perty included in the assessment district hereinafter

Section 3: That tlfere is hereby established a local ii�provenlent c�istrict to be ealled "Local Iinprove-
inent District No. � ," «hich said district is described as follows:
"�ll the proper��etween the termini of sai�i improvement abuttin�� upon, adj<lcent, vicinal or prozi-
inate to such portion of said streets a�nd aaenues to a distance back fronl the �var�inal lines thereof, as pro-
vided by law."
