Section 2: '1"hat the cost and expense of said improveinent, inclndino� all necessary ancl incidental e�-
penses, shall be borne by and assessed against the property incltided in the assessment district hereinafter
created in accordance with law. The City of Renton shall not be liable in an3� manner for any portion of the
<�ost and e�pense of said irnproven7ent, except as here in provided.

mate to such portion of said streets and avenues to a distance back from the n�ar�inal lines thereof, as pro-

Sec�ion �: Bonds bearing intere�t at the rate of _.__�__.__ per cent. per annum payable on or before
