Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts, p.�rcels of land and other property shown upon said roll is
hereby declare�d to be specially benefitted by said improvement in at least the amount charged against the
same and that the assessment appearing against the sarne is iu proportion to the several asses�ments appear-
ing upon said rall. There is hereby levied and assessed against eaeh sueh lot, traet, parcel af land and other
