Section 4: T'hat the cost �nd expenqe of said improvernent eliall be defrayecl by special assessments
payable by the mode of "Iminediate Pavment" a�s defined by law and the charter and ordinances of the City
of R�enton. Warrants bParing interest at the rate of 8 per cent. per annum until paid, shall be issued to
the contractor for the redeinption of a�s many of the warrants issned on the Local Iinprovement District F'und
on estimates of the City Enn�neer, as ri�ay not be redeemed in cash.
Section 5: '1'his ordinance shall be in full force and effect five (5) days from and after its passage,
al��roval and legal publication,
