and that sueh other work be done as may be neeessary in connectian.therewith, according to the plans and
specifications therefor prepared unc�er the c�irection af the City Engineer and on file in the office of the City �

Seetion 2: T�at the cost and expense af said im pravement, including �11 necessary and incidental ex=' �
penses, shall be borne by and assessed against the pro perty includet�i in the assessment district hereinafter
cre�,ted in accardance with lativ. The City of Rentan shall not be liable in any manner for .any portian of tkie
cost and expense of sa,id improvement, .

Section 3: Tliat there is hereby established a local iznprovement di�triet to be called "Lacal Improve-
rnent District No. __��..__..," which said distriet is deseribed :as follows.
"All the property between the termini of sait� improvement abuttin� upon, adjacent, vicinal or proxi-
mate to such portion af s�,id stree�ts ancl avenues to a distance back from the marginal lines thereof, as pro- �
vided by law." i
Section 4: Bonds bearing interest at the rate of _...8_.....__. per cent. per .annum payable on or before �
�{�.................. years from the date of issuance shall be issued in payrnent of the cost and expense of this �
impravement, which bands shall be redeemed by the collection of speeial assessments to be levied and �ssessed i
