Section 2: T'Yiat the cost and expense of said improvement, ineluding all necessary ant� incident�l ex-
penses, shall be borne by and a.ssessed against the pro E�erty included in the assessment district herein�fter
created in accardanee with law. The City of Renton shali not be Iiable in any manner for .any portion of the

Sectian 3: TPiat .there is liereby established a local improvenient district to be called "Local Improve- ,
