Whenever said company or assigns shall disturb any ot said a6reets for the pnrposes aforesaid,it or they shall re- atore the same to ae good order and condi- tion as when before so disturbed,as aoon a.9 possible, and without unuecessary delay and failing so to do,the town co�zncil of Renton, or other governing body oF sai3 town of ttenton shall have the right to 6x, by reso- lution,a reasonable [ime within which such repairs and restoration of atreets shall be completed. �ECTiox 4. Nothing in this ordinance ahall be constr��ed as in anywi5e to prevent the proper authorities of the said town of l�enton from sewering, grading paving, planking,repairing or altering auy of said streets hereiu mentioned. 5rezzox 5. In oonsideration of the right� herein granted the said town of Keuto❑ by its properly authurired ofiicer, shall kiave the right to suspend upon the poles placed bp said compaoy or its assigns,in the streets aforesxid, any or all the wires which it ruay require for fire alarm or �olice telegraph aervice. �Ecriox 6. The righta a�d privilegee Igrauted by thie ordinance are granted only upou the coudition herein contai�ed,and n�on the following coi�sideration, to wit: IThat during the entire existence aod con- tinuance of thi; franchise the said �rantee I e�hall farnish and waintain fur sxid town, _ Ifree of charge,one telephone with eschange connections and free local switcbing, tlie same to be plxced in such office, place or buildiug as the towu cooncil �nay frorn time to time designate,eaid telephone 6o be for the use of tl�e public officera of said town in tl�e discharge of their ofTicial duty. SECTiox 7. Tl�e ri�nt:�, privileges and franchises herein granted ahall continue and be in force for the period of t�irty-five(35) � years from tbe date of the passage of thie ' ordinance. SECTiox 8.
