BE IT ORDAI\TED BY THE CIT�' COUNCIL OF THE� CITY OI° REI�TTON:
1: That it is the intention of the City Council to order the improvement of
Fourth Avenue ,north,from �Iills Street to the City Zimit� on
the aan# eaet by graci�ing and gravellir�g the said portion of
said Fourth Avenue

and doing such other �vork as may be necessary in connection there�>ith, all in accordance with plans to be
prepared by the City Eugineer.
2: That all persons who may desire to object thereto are hereby notified to appear and present sueh
objections at �, meeting of the City Council to be held in the Council C a- ber in the City Iiall in the City

which time a.nd place is hereby fixed for hearing all matters relating to said proposed improvement, and all
objections thereto, and for determining the method of payment for said improvement.
3: T'hat the City Engineer shall, in the manner provided by law, submit to the City Council, at or prior �

4: That the cost and expense of said improvement shall be borne Uy and assessed against the property
liable therefor, as provided by law. •
