BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THFa C'ITY OI` RENTON:
1: That it is the intention of the Cit Council to order the improvement of

4: That the cost and egpense of said improvement shall be borne by and assessed against the property
liable therefor, as provided by law.
