Be it Resolved
�f�����t�� BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE! CITY 0� RENTON:
1: That it is the intention of the City Council to order the improvement of
�a..i�� Whitworth Street from the sou�h line of the pav-
ing on Third Avenue to the north 13ne of Fourth AvenuE by grading �
and paving eaid stre�t with monolithic brick or cement(the pave-
ment to be twenty four feet wide between curbs)
Sa�x�x Also by constrd�cting cement side�ralke on both sid�� of
sai.d Whitworth Strest betvreen Third Avenue and Fourth Avenue, �
and extendi.n� into said Avenues as required to complete the same. �

and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection there�vith, all in accordance with plans to be �
prepared by the City Ehgineer.
2: T'hat all persons who may desire to object thereto are hereby notified to appear and present such
objections at a meetin� of the City Council to be held in the C'ouncil Cna.mber in the City Hall in the City
of Renton at .__7.:.�0. o'clock P. P�I., on the .----------II-�--------- day of ------NQY.E'S�ib�-T---------------------------- 191�.._..,
- �vhich time and place is hereby fixe�d for hearing a.11 matters rela.ting to said proposed improveinent, and all
objections thereto, and for determining the method of payment for said improveinent.
3: T'hat the City Engineer shall, in the manner provided by law, submit to the City Council, at or prior
to said da.te, all data and information required by law to be submitted.
4: That the cost and expense of said improvement shall be borne by and �,ssessed against the property
liable therefor, as provided by law.
5: Resolution No. 240 is hereby repealed.
