I : That it is the intention of the City Council to order the improv-
ement of that portion of railroad Avenue in the City 3f Penton, !Nash-
ington, bounded on the South by the South line of Yesler Street and on
the North by the North line of Coal Street ,together with that portion
of that certain unnamed street being an extention of Railroad. Avenue
in Adsit 's Lake 11ashington Plat as described and set forth in that
certain deed bearing date °arch 4,I895, executed by C .H.Adsit to King
County,"'asl:i.ntton,recorded in Volume d of Road Book,Page 269,recore'.s
of Fing County,"'ashington,being known as road. P'O.376, extending North
boundary of Adsit 's Lake .Iashington Plat to the meander line as the
same exists in front of Lot One (I ) ,in Section Seven (7) Township
Twenty-Three (23 ) ,North, Range Fine(5)hast . by grading,graveling and
guttering the samd. and doing such other work as ma;;� bt= necessary in
connection therewith, all in accordance ,with plans to be prepared by
the City Engineer.
2 : That all persons who may desire to object therc.tp are hereby notified
to appear and present such objections at a meeting of the City Council
to be held in the Council Chamber in the City Hall in the. City of
Renton at 7'30 O'clock P.'M. ,on the I6th day of December, I9I9, which
time and place is hereby fixed for hearing all maters relatirg to said
proposed improvement, and all objections thereto , and for determining
the method of payment for said improvement.
3: That the City Engineer shall, in the manner provided by law, submit
to the City Council.at or prior to said date, all data.and information
required by law to be submitted.
4: That the cost and expense of said improvement shall be borne by and
assessed against the property liable therefor,ac provided by law.
