above deaeribed lots and blocks
and doing such other work as may be neeessary in connection therewith, all in accordance with plans to be
prepared by the City E'zigineer.
2: T1iat all persons who may desire to object thereto are hereby notified to appear and present such
objections at a meeting of the City Council to be heTd in the C'ouncil C'hamber in the City �Iall in the City

�vhich time and place is hereby fixed for hearing all rnatters relating to said proposed improvement, and all
objections thereto, and for determining the method of payment for said improvement.

to said date, all data and information required by law to be submitted.
4: That the cost and e�pense of said improvement shall be borne by and assessed against the property
liable therefor, as provided by law.
